We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.

If you wish us to delete your details from our marketing activities, then you will be given the opportunity to notify us accordingly, and we will stop sending items to you.

The type of information we will collect about you includes your name; address; phone number and email address.

Please note that when you pay online, we do not collect or store your credit card details, that is handled securely by Paypal and RBS Worldpay, our payment service providers. We never see your credit card details.

We make every effort to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and you can check the information by emailing us and requesting the details. If you find any errors we will correct them immediately.

The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. We will never transfer information held about you to any third party unless required to do so by law, with the exception of providing address and contact details to couriers for the purpose of delivering goods purchased.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Returns Policy

Wallpaper's may be returned to us for any of the following reasons:

  • A Change of mind
  • Surplus rolls
  • Faulty goods
Change of Mind and Surplus rolls

Wallpaper's must be returned to us fully wrapped & within 14 days of the order having been dispatched. If you would like us to collect the items, you will be required to pay the carriage cost of £16.30 including VAT (UK Mainland) for the return.

To avoid ordering surplus rolls, please refer to our roll calculation chart.

Faulty Goods

If your paper is faulty please contact us and give us as much detail as possible of –

  • a) the paper, eg make, design and batch number
  • b) of the fault

Wait for our reply, which will give you all the details that you need in respect of how to return the goods to us. Do not post the rolls to us (unless we state that you should do so in our reply), we will probably ask for the labels & a sample of the fault, eg 2 pattern repeats, to help us to claim your money back.

As only samples are initially being sent back we suggest that you use Royal Mail to post the sample to us, and obtain a certificate of postage. You will have to pay the postage charge for the return, however, if upon testing we agree that it is faulty we will re-in burse you for the postage cost, so please retain your receipt.

Once the fault has been confirmed, you can choose to either have a full refund or have replacements sent to you (with no carriage charge).
